Position

The town of Omegna is on the extreme northern part of the Orta Lake, that is an all Piedmontese tourist basin, full of natural and cultural amenities, full of hotel and extra-hotel buildings and with many restaurants rich and different in their proposals.

Building

The villa is so composed: basement floor: composed by a big room of 200 mq used as storeroom (three walls give to the garden, and the back of the room is underground but is a cavity wall, that divides it from the from the ground and makes it sound and it can be used also as house); first floor composed by 7 rooms, and other 2 bathrooms for a total surface of 200 mq with balcony, second floor with entrance on the back road as it was a ground floor, composed by a wide entrance with little wardrobe, some stairs in order to get down into the wide living room with fireplace which divides the dining room, large kitchen and a bathroom, from the same entrance we have access to the night area which comprises 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, for a total surface of 200 mq. In addition, this floor is surrounded by big balconies, that in some points are wider and become terraces. The two floors of the house are very bright and panoramic thanks to large windows. Finishing

The villa has a very modern internal arrangement, but it needs works of modernization in order to conform to the rules the hygienic and sanitary system, the electrical plant and the heating system. It has an excellent position, because it is at a few steps from the town centre and here there is an only road, which is used only by the next villas.
