AD0028 This monument house from the 17th/18th century is near Bordeaux and has two main buildings from natural stone with beautiful ornamental facades.  The wall is 65 centimeters thick.

 The exterior walls were cleaned in 2003.  There is central heating (oil) with a 3.

200 liter reservoir.  The heating is with a BRÖTJE (1999) heater with very low consumption.

 There is a large, automatically served entry gate (installed in 2003).  There is an alarm installation that allows for long-distance observations.

 There are two telephone lines (ADSL) and 2 separate entrances: the main entrance and an official separate entrance (ideal for renting).  There is a lot of parking space for guests and an intercom system.

 Floor space of 432 square meters with high ceilings (4.10 M) and pleasant rooms.

 Organisation: the entry is very beautiful with a hall with stone stair and floor.  Pantry of 30 square meters.

 Wallpaper from the 18th century (new edition from Zuber).  The floors are from marble stone, there are wooden beams, a library, buffet cupboard, wall cupboard symmetrically intstalled in the sideboard, a variety of cupboard space from massive wood, smithy art, locks from the 17th century, antique paving.

 Intercom system.   A garden surrounds the hosue with a cultivated lawn and provides sunny and shady places.

 The house is completely fenced in (wall / hedges) on a property of 2.230 square meters.

 There are numerous trees and bushes, small hedges and benches.  Irrigation is automatic and runs by an installation with a well (good for drinking water!).

There is also an herb garden and small pond.
