    The development

    Snow & Sun Complex consists of six residential buildings (A, B, C, D, E and F). The buildings consist of apartments, studios and abundant public utility premises, and can function as apartment hotel complex, complying with the requirements for “Three stars” category for mountain hotels. The high-quality level of service demands also more extensive developed common areas, differing from standard residential buildings. The public premises – lobbies, reception, corridors, staircases, lifts, chambermaids’ office and commercial areas also meet the requirements of “Three stars”.
