) on the left side of the building. It is in the spa town, Sveti Vlas, in the region of Sunny Beach.
It is very near the beach: approx. 150 m.
The buidling is new. It will be completed in 2006 and will be awaiting its very first resident.
It is attractive and appropriately furnished with a tasteful ambiance and pleasing natural wood utilities from pine. From the entrance hall one reaches the large living/dining room, a separate kitchen as well as a bath with shower.
There is a guest WC, 2 other rooms (bedrooms / children's room etc.), 3 beautiful balconies in 3 different directions with a delightful view of the sea and of the green mountains.
The floors are tiled, air-conditioning is adjustable as well as heating. A garage is also optional.
The holiday house is in Sveti Vlas, an idyllic town where the south Balkan mountain range transitions into the black sea. It is a pleasant climate of on average 22 °-26 °.
There are at least 90 sunny days during the season. Because of the special reciprocal effect from sea breeze and the mountain air, there is an incomparable microclimate formed which produces a healing effect on the respiratory tract (spa town).
Beautiful bays surround the area and provide the view of the sea, the green mountains and the sunny beach. The fine-sandy 1000 m long beach is flat and is perfect for older people or children.
The town has been developed in the meantime into a tourist center with a lot of small hotels, apartments, restaurants and shops. Nevertheless the prices have remained moderate.
The town has maintained much of its character of a Bulgarian Black Sea town. Sveti Vlas is central in the tourist's region.
The object is just 5 km from Sunny Beach. A special attraction for those who are historically and culturally interested.
It is an idyllic city with a very rich cultural heritage. It is just 10 kms from Sveti Vlas.
Also the well known town of Burgas (airport) and Elenite are easy to reach.
