OS0003 This country house is very modern.  It was just built and corresponds to the new rural spirit of the times.

 It is located near the center of a bigger area with a big ski slope that is always sure to get snow.  It has its own access road and is practically unobstructable.

 The area in front of the house and behind it is not allowed to be built on.  Because of the slope location, it has a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain world: Wilderkaiser, Kitzbühlerhorn, Leoganger Steinberge.

 The owner understands his profession well and used many special materials for the construction of the house.  For example, the wood cultivated at the perfect time, was stored extensively and, therefore, is protected largely against unwanted tears and blemishes.

 This is particularly of note because of the open timber construction in the upper floor.  For the doors, maple wood was used.

 The windows are thermally insulated of course.  It is heated with natural gas and because of special thermal bricks, the energy consumption will be kept low.

 The beautiful timber construction creates a lot of light exposure in the upper floor.  The lateral entrance is protected by a glass covering which facilitates snow shoveling in the middle of winter.

 The bath and shower are fitted out and the other rooms wait for individual organization.
