  The arrangement is in the village Makari in San Vito who belongs to the province of Trapani. Fantastic position between sea approx.

200m and mountains. Directly in front the residence shingle beaches and rock beaches, in 2500m there is a big white sandy beach.

The property is situated adjecent to a protected area where you can go for a walk (caves ), surfing, sailing and riding is possible. Farther you find in 20km the special attraction of the sulphur baths which are opened the whole year.

View at the Golfo di Cotano, unforgettable fantastic sunsets. The region is to the west of Palermo, 100km to reach the city centre, approximately 85km to the international airport.

In the province Trapani is in approximately 40km an airport. Air connections for absolutely reasonable prices.

Various cheap airlines offer connections. In addition, very good ferry connections exist, in Genoa or Livorno.

25m², all apartments are provided with kitchen units and a bath (shower / WC), 1 private house, lounge, atrium, terrace with sea view in a small beautiful park. Big roof terrace more than 650m², not converted commercial yet.

Construction and extension is possible after own ideas. Equipment: complete new furniture which was baught the last year and is hold in Indian style.
