The ground floor of the house is accessed via a set of double opening wooden doors at the front. The ground floor has a wooden beamed ceiling and a concrete floor and has been used traditionally for storage purposes, though could be converted into additional living accommodation quite easily. The property also has a collection of stone and brick outbuildings, all of which are single storey. To the side of the house there is a detached garage. The property has a good sized plot of land, which is all relatively flat and situated at the rear of the house. The property is situated in a quiet location but is close to amenities. The closest town to the property is located at Alvaiazere, which is around 10 minutes drive. The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is around one and three quarter hours by car.
