-There are 4 apartments on each floor. 5 floors in total within each block. The 60m2 have 1 bedroom. The 93m2 apartments have 2 bedrooms. The development started in October 2005 and will complete October 2006. -Rental Program There are 3 options currently available;
1. Rental through on site hotel. Clients can still use the apartment for 1or 2 months of the year. Rental is 8-10 approx £180-£200 per month.
2. Clients can do there own rentals and the on-site management company will take care of transfers from the airport/housekeeping. Costs are dependent on the number of rentals through the course of the year.
3. Long term rental 1-2 years. The cost for this option is 5. Clients could ordinarily expect rentals of more than £200 per month with this option.
Price Price of 60m2 apartment is GBP 20000. Price of 93m2 apartment is GBP 30000.
Maintenance & Security Costs
There is only one payment of 15000 Egyptian pounds (approx £1500) are payable on completion for annual maintenance and utilities. This is a one off payment which is banked in the purchaser's name. The interest from this money 150Eg Pound (21.5 euros) is then used to pay for services/maintenance on an annual basis
General Utility Costs Approx 15-20 euros per month for water and electricity. Each apartment has its own individual meter.
