The mill lies in a village near Bautzen. Unfortunately, there are no sketches of the building or architect`s plans available.
The mill is almost 300 years old. The floorplan of the house is approx.
9 x 16 m, and is attached to this description. The mill is a grain mill where grain was crushed and ground.
The corresponding engines are all still good, as well as the technical equipment. The associated property surrounding the mill can be farmed if desired.
Electricity and water connection no longer exist. There is no public plumbing at this time either, but it's installation is planned for next year.
