This apartment is located in the heart  of Estoril  more precisely in front of the Casino.
It is inside  a private condominium with pool.
The apartment  has 3 bedrooms:
1) 2 single beds
2) double bed
3) double bed
3 bathrooms, large living room  and kitchen.
There is one balcony  facing the pool.
At the back side there  is  a terrace  with several  garden furnitures.
There is also a barbecue  where  you can make  you  barbecues.
The apartment  also has  3 televisions, dvd, stereos, video player.
If  you need  internet  the  apartment  also has internet  access - with an extra  price according to the  requested periode  of rental.
At the basement  there is a garage for one  car.
Car is not essential  because  everything is close : the beach, train station, bus station  are only 6 minutes walking.
The nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes walking.
During  the Summer there is also  a sightseeing bus  that  drives around Cascais  and Estoril  area .
There is also a bus  conection between Estoril  and Sintra.
Distance to Lisbon  is only  30 minutes by train.
We also accept longer rentals.
The prices are including  water, gas, electricity and cleaning.
