Actually, this apartment was bought and furnished half a year ago and just for myself living with my family. So we not only completed it with facility and furniture and also paid much attention to everything for living in it, from furnishing materials (wooden floor) to furniture (sofa, TV and even mattress and lamps). This apartment for living is totally different from other “special apartments for rent”!
It is just next to the west gate of Normal University (an ideal place for a foreign friend to communicate with Chinese students and teachers), located in a quiet, clean and elegant top-grade community-Oriental Pearl Garden. And also near supermarkets, banks and shopping malls.
Now, I have to go abroad and live there for a quite long time. So I would very much like that some great people or family can enjoy all these as well as I do. Additionally, I really hope that the polite ladies and gentlemen can look after all my things while using them with so reasonable rent.
The apartment can really lead you to a comfortable, safe and relax life. It is the best choice for your living in Guangzhou !
