N600009 The dwelling-house has approx. 130 m ² floor space, 5 rooms, hallway, bath and kitchen (good as new fitted kitchen with 3 year old wood stove).

The tiled stove in the kitchen heats the living room as well. The ground floor is tiled.

On the 1st floor, a new wood floor has been laid, as well as an insulated roof, which is 10 cm thick.  All materials are environment-friendly.

The big terrace is covered with leak resistant material, as well the property's entrance and front door. The facade is fully insulated; oil-fired central heating with warm water, waste water: new three section system.
