The recently coming up New International Airport in the Devenahalli area, North of bangalore Dt. have seen a very hike in the land price from 20 to 400 within the last 2/3 years. Yhe climate of India and especially that of Bangalore is also attributing a very good support to the incoming foreigners where they enjoy a very uniform and a sunny climate without the extremes in their countries.
