While most high-end Pattaya developers are focusing on beachfront developments, a unique new project is being built targeted at luxury investors in an entirely different setting.
Horseshoe Point Co has launched a residential project at its horse ranch near Pattaya. The Bt1billion housing project, called “The Residence @ Horseshoe Point”, will sit on a 70 rai plot. It features 59 houses with three-five bedrooms on 190-568 square wah lots. Prices for the luxury units range from Bt16-33 million each.
Knight Frank Thailand, which has been appointed marketing agent for the project, says the development offers buyers luxury and quality in a resort style setting with full facilities. Home owners will have access to the ranch’s sport, polo and health clubs, the horse riding academy. In addition, a special arrangement has been made for residents to use the golf course and services at Siam Country Club.
Horseshoe Point Co has also launched another project at its ranch called “The Village” featuring units starting from Bt5.5 million.
