The complex is situated at a beautiful place, between Sunny beach and Saint Vlas, which is known for its unique healthy microclimate. Therefore in the beginning of the last century, in this place, by a personal order of king Ferdinand the first sanatorium for cure of asthmatics was built.
The apartments have communicative location - 25km away from airport, 3km away from Sunny Beach resort, 10km away from a golf playground and 1km away from the biggest yacht port on the Black Sea.

The view from all of the apartments in the building is a glorious panorama of the old town of Nesebar (part of the World’s Heritage of UNESCO)and the whole bay of Sunny Beach.

MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND RENTING
The complex is provided with twenty-four-hour security and video-cameras. Besides, maintenance and service of the pool, gardens, parking places and all common parts are also provided. By request there is an option for cleaning up the apartments.
