There will be 5 buildings with the following types of apartments:

1. One room apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.

2. Two level apartment. The first level consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and a toilet, a staircase. The second level consists of three bedrooms, two wet premises and a staircase.


The properties are constructed with ecologically clean materials, using new construction technology, PVC joinery, MDF doors, laminated floor covers in the bedrooms and terracotta in the living rooms, wet premises, kitchen and air conditioners. The houses are sold built “to key”.
