The villa is in typical “provençal” style, in excellent conditions and consists of :

1 bedroom with one french bed for 2 persons, with private shower and private WC.
First floor :

1 bedroom with one french bed for 2 persons, 1 bathroom with tub/shower with basin in
Italian Carrara marble, 1 bedroom with a french sofa bed for 2 persons. (This bedroom is also equipped with a sauna that during the summer season can be used to leave luggage and sea equipment).
Ø GARDEN

Big terrace-solarium (170 m²) equipped with 4 deckchairs, 2 tables with numerous chairs,
2 sun umbrella, 1 aboveground swimming pool ( 7.30 x 3.70 meters), a barbecue in provençal style.
In the garden you will find mediterranean vegetation with plants and trees as palms, olive tree, banana
Tree, bay and bougainvillea.
During the housing period, a responsible person(who lives a related annexe to the house,will take care sometimes of the house (check of the pool, watering of the plants); He will also be at your disposal for any questions about tourists informations.
