17 kms from the coast. The dwelling-house is very beautiful.
It consists of two separate parts, connected by a central circular building which encloses the entrance hall and a big salon which forms the center of the whole living area. The salon is made even larger by a domed cieling, is accessible with a spiral stair and is surrounded by a gallery.
There is a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape. All rooms open onto the terrace and garden.
The house was built in the second half of the 90s and is in excellent condition. Of particular interest are the interior utilities.
There is also good road access.
