IP0339 The small farm belongs to the municipality Casperia, a small medieval town in the north of Latium near Umbria. It is in a magic, green, hilly landscape, the Monti Sabini, with mountains more than 1220 m high.
Approx. 40 kms away is the highest mountain of Latium, the 2216 m high Terminillo, which is a popular skiing area in the winter time.
The main building was still inhabited until recently, however there are already approved plans for a development and reconstruction which includes the agricultural annexes and extends the effective living area from its approx. 70 square meters at present to an altogether 140 square meters.
