The property is in a good decorative order and is ready to move into. The main entrance to the cottage leads into a central hallway. Off this hallway is a living room with a Salamander log burner and an exterior access door which leads out to the rear of the cottage. There are four bedrooms. The kitchen is fully tiled and has a range of built in wooden base and eye level units with a granite work surface. There is a dining room, which also has a wood laminate floor. There are two bathrooms. At the rear of the cottage there is a detached garage, which is large enough to accommodate up to two vehicles. The garage is set over one floor and has been sub-divided inside. There is a kitchenette within the divided area of the garage as well as a bathroom and this could be used as additional guest accommodation if necessary. At the rear of the cottage there is a covered dining area leading out to a patio area. The cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Charneca do Alvorge and there are neighbouring properties around. The closest town to the property is situated at Alvorge, which has a range of cafes, small shops, butcher, mini-market and pharmacy. The larger town of Ansiao is around 10 minutes drive from the property. The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is around one and three quarter hours' by car.
