N5870066 Fantastically situated in the midst of forests and meadows, this old mill is an idyllic destination for excursion.  It is a place for resting and enjoying the perfect landscape.

 The object is split into four sections, two have which have apartments in the former mill buildings that burnt down in 1981 and were rebuilt.  In the building is a like-new oil-fired central heating arrangement for the whole property, and a solar arrangement for the water heater.

 The ground floor of the house has a really cosy tiled stove and under-floor heating!  The dwelling-house in the mill is the operator's house with extra guest apartments and an outdoor patio seat.  The 3rd partial property: apartment in the ground floor/basement of the restaurant building and trade building; the building was newly established in 1995 instead of the one that burnt down.

 Country guesthouse with big, pleasant guest area for approx. 90 people and a large bar area.

 The earthy mill restaurant has room for approx. 160 people, a big, appropriate kitchen with separate cold storage room, beer cooling and freezing and all required extra rooms like ladies' and gentlemen's toilets, storage rooms etc.

 In the open spaces, like the sunny terrace with a view of the meadows, has room for approx. 100 people, beer garden with rural setting for approx.

200 people and there are many spacious places for parking!  The guesthouse does not have a contract with a brewery and is perfect for bus transport because there is a lot of parking! The 4th partial property is a hydroelectric power plant; the water driven turbine supplies the whole property with alternating current, the electricity surplus is fed with compensation into the public electricity grid! Special / community property: 3 garages and 6 parking spaces as well as a corresponding property interest belong to the sections 1 and 2!  The romantic forest and meadow properties belong to the sections 1 to 3 along the brook.  The Wiesen valley has room for 1000 to 4000 people and is used for open-air shows, snow events and biker events.

 Sanitary arrangements exist on the ground.  On the open area is the stable which is occupied with: many varieties of arabic horses - affiliated with the breeding association of Hannover, ponies and goats; the big meadow slope has a paddock which has electric fences and is the ideal riding yard.

 Possibilities of utilization is an alpine riding pasture in the highest point of the property, a children's ski lift, a medieval amusement park with exhibition fights, crossbow dinners, knight's dinners and many other things!
