This detached finca can be found inland in Novelda which is in the Province of Alicante and on the railway from Madrid to Alicante. The country around is flat and fertile producing wine, dates, oranges, oil, saffron and aniseed. In the town there are tanneries and manufacturers of alcohol, chocolate and soap. The women make fine laces and in the neighbouring village of Salinetas de Elda there are warm sulphur and saline baths. The main production is marble extracted from area. All necessary amenities are on hand and with excellent road and rail access all the outlying villages/towns/cities are within easy access. Alicante airport is about 30/40 minutes away and the nearest blue flag beaches would be in Alicante City with its beautiful marina, abundance of shops, markets, recreational facilities including bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and nationalities.
The finca requires restoration and enjoys 100 sq mtrs of living space on a 2000 sq mtr plot which adjoins a made up road. It is not isolated and has neighbours in the area. There is electricity, water for irrigation and a well. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and outside a garage and balsa pool.
