The Quintassential Holiday cottages are 4 self catering cottages in the Central Algarve all with sea views & equipped, furnished & decorated to very high standards & 15 minutes from the airport.
The cottages can be let individually or together for large parties and the cottages cater from 2 – 13 people and there is large pool and hot tub from May 2006.

The Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop set in breathtaking Algarvian countryside in the centre of the sunny Algarve in total peace & tranquillity 15 minutes from Faro International Airport & the coast and overlooking the market town of Loulé. There are spectacular panoramic sea views from Faro to Portimao. Parts of the Quintassential date back to mid 19th Century and are divided up into four cottages, one large two bedroom cottage, Orange and two newer one bedroom cottages, Lemon and Carob and a rustic duple cottage, Casa do Forno.  All have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All cottages have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture.  

The Casa Do Forno Cottage is a one bedroom rustic duplex cottage with original features dating back to the 19th century such as the bread oven, stone sink, rustic stone stairs and floor tiles.  This cottage sleeps a maximum of 2 adults only.

The Lemon and Carob Cottages are the newer cottages at Quintassential, light and airy one bedroom cottages that each sleep a maximum of 3 people in each.

The Orange Cottage is the largest of the cottages at Quintassential, a large two bedroom rustic cottage decorated in typical Algarvian décor of white washed walls and sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and an infant under the age of 7.

The Lemon, Carob and Orange Cottages all have new luxury bathrooms, Sat TV, VCR and all the cottages have a large selection of reading books and a radio/cd player.

Outside the Quintassential is blessed with panoramic seaviews & spectacular countryside views, just what you need for a tranquil & relaxing holiday. The gardens at Quintassential are marvellous with many bushes, plants & fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax & absorb the views.

The Quintassential has a large pool area, the pool measures 10 x 5 m & cushioned sun loungers, parasols etc are provided for the use of the guests. From May 2006 there will also be the added benefit of a hot tub on the pool terrace.

Extras - On arrival the owners will meet you & awaiting your arrival will be a very generous welcome hamper in your accommodation compliments of the house.  For all the adult guests, bathrobes are provided for use during their stay, pool towels are provided to use only at the Quintassential & the cottages have hairdryers & alarm clocks.  Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

From June until the end of September on a selected week night, there is also an evening meal option.  Traditional home cooked Portuguese cuisine is served on the owner’s private terrace, which has spectacular views over Loule.  What a better way to end your day with a nice meal & a glass of delicious Portuguese wine.
