The villa comprises of a family bedroom and 3 double bedrooms, sleeping in total 9 people, with 2 extra sleeping places on the pullout sofa bed in lounge. All rooms have their own balconies. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, wet room and satellite TV. This charming and rustic villa will feel like home from home. In the large garden there are mature trees, grapevines, fruit trees and vegetables. Where you will be sure to relax with a tot of the local plum brandy. A river runs at the rear of the property, ideal for swimming and fishing. A short distance from the villa are the villages of Cherni Osam, Oreshak and the town of Troyan where there are a host of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, museums, monasteries and churches for you to explore.  

Properties to be vacated by 11am on the last day of rental. Villa to be left clean and tidy any damages to be notified. Airport transfers to and from Sofia can be arranged, guides, excursions and car hire available.
