Rental income


In the event you choose a rental income solution you can decide to give your property to the Residence Management which will rent it on your behalf through a legal writ. In this case, the Management is responsible in front of the Property also for the furniture, equipment and accessories and they will be in charge of taking care of the maintenance of them.
