Very beautiful location. Every holiday home has a big garden with terrace and garden furniture (barbecue).
The entire property has existed for 10 years. All furniture is included.
Very good traffic accessibility (axis Bordeaux Biarritz/Bordeaux Pau). All kitchens are completely furnished with stove, dishwasher, washer, refrigerator and microwave.
Private bathroom in every Gîte. Each Gîte has a living room and 2 bedrooms.
There is room for at least 5 people in each case (7 max). Rent € 800, - per week (high season) per Gîte.
Very good investment. During the high-season it is always fully booked: The Gites are heated centrally and have a Fosse septic tank.
