Touristy complex – (aparthotel)

Touristy complex built between 1970 and 1979 located   beside the beach.

Building  located  in the  touristy  complex, served by the  municipality  public    infrastructures network.

Implanted  on   a  exterior  596 m2  plot  of  land  with a total interior covered area of 460 m2.

Consisting   of  156   free   hold   units   developed  in a
14 individual floor stages with panoramic terrace.

Ground-Floor: 2 free hold units composed by reception, lounge,   bar,  3 offices,   2 toilets,  small  shop,  luggage room,  technical  room,  kitchen, service and  circulation areas and a (10 x 5 m) pool with surrounding terrace.

Floor-0: 10 bedrooms with private bathroom each, staff showers and locker rooms, canteen, storage and laundry areas, technical areas and circulation areas.

Floor 1 to 12:  Composed  by  144 “T0 apartment Studios”  (12 units per  floor stage)  each one containing  an  entrance  hall, living room with balcony, bathroom  and  small  kitchen fully equipped.

Floor 14: Panoramic terrace.

All the building is served by a emergency interior stair case with access to all stage floors and by a set of two lifts.

Its  construction   structure is  in concrete, the  walls are made of bricks with cement  coating, the  windows  in  wood  and  simple  glass. Interior pavements are in marble, linoleum and ceramic tiles. All balconies are covered.

Are also integrated components of the building an heating central for sanitary waters (diesel) and a general underground water deposit of 10 m3 with pumping system.

The entire building is served by a telephone central in reception area with 160 room extensions, fire detection central, fireman S.I. Boxes and fire extinguishers in all rooms and circulation areas.

This tower functioned as holiday apartments for rent until April 2005.
Actually the activity was cancelled by the actual owners, as different investments will have to be done, due to several new laws regarding the Government Touristy Ministry exigencies and they have no further interest to realize these investments.
